In the reference second read above, the Registrar

(District Judiciary), High Court of Madras has enclosed the

representation of Thiru. K. Poorna Jeya Anand, District

Judge (Entry Level), formerly Additional District & Sessions

Judge (PCR), Thanjavur now functioning as IV Additional

District Judge, Coimbatore wherein the Judicial Offi cer has

requested for change of his name as "Thiru K. Poorana

Jeya Anand instead of Thiru K. Poorna Jeya Anand".

The Registrar (District Judiciary), High Court of Madras

has also enclosed necessary documents in support of the

request of the Judicial Offi cer.

2. The Government have carefully examined the

request of the offi cer together with documents and decided

to accept the same.

3. Accordingly, the Government, direct that the

change of name of the Judicial Offi cer be noted and

adopted in all official records and correspondence

a s "Thiru K. Poorana Jeya Anand instead of

Thiru K. Poor na Jeya Anand".
