Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 27 part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for
the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at Page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.
Variations
In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING
AREA (COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan Area
in Perur Chettipalayam Village.
Against the entry "INDUSTRIAL (I-17)" for the expression "184 to 212" shall be deleted and the expression
"184 to 189,190" (Except 190/2B)" 191, 192 (Except 192/1A, 192/2A, 192/1B1, 192/2B2), 193 (Except 193/1G1, 193/2B2),
194 (Except 194/1B, 194/2B) and "195 to 212" shall be added.

[UD4(1)] Department, dated 08-03-2019 and G.O(2D) No,115, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department,
dated 08-07-2019 has permitted to change of land use of a survey numbers making the following variation to the Master
Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban
Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated, 07-06-2000, at Page No.295 of Part-lI—Section 2 of
the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 7th June 2000.
Variations
In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" Serial Number. 22, of VILLAGE NUMBER: 238
PAPPANKUPPAM under the heading:
II. COMMERCIAL USE ZONE: Survey Numbers, instead of the expression 156/except1, the expression
"156/except1, 156/2A1A, 2A1B, 2A2, 2B1, 2B2, 2C, 3A1, 3A2, 3B, 3C1A, 3C2A1, 3C2B, 3C3B" shall be substituted.
Under the heading III - INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE: under the sub heading Ill(c) SPECIAL AND HAZARDOUS
INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE - I H.6 Survey Numbers after the expression "144 to 154", the expression "156/2A1A, 2A1B,
2A2, 2B1, 2B2, 2C, 3A1, 3A2, 3B, 3C1A, 3C2A1, 3C2B, 3C3B” shall be added.

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of power conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009. which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 27 Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009. The following variations made to the Modified Review
Approved Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Area approved under the said Act, in G.O.Ms.No. 237 H&UD [UD4(2)]
dated 01-11-2010 and published with the Housing and Urban Development Notification No.II(2)/HOU/700/2010 and Published
in Part II—Section 2, Page No. 815 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 24th November 2011.
Variation
In the said Modified Review Approved Master Plan in the LAND USE SCHEDULE, under the heading KARUR
LOCAL PLANNING AREA-PROPOSED LAND USE and under the expression THORANAKKALPATTY VILLAGE.
(i)
Under the subheading "Use Zone" against the entry "Agriculture", under the subheading "S.F.No.", instead
of the expression 382. SF.No. 382pt shall be added.
(ii)
Under the sub heading "Use Zone" against the entry "Mixed Residential use zone" the S.F.No. 382/1 shall
be substituted. (Extent 2.92.00 Hectares)
Condition:-
TNSCB Should adhere the condition made in the District Collector Proceeding Roc.No.A2, 13799/2017,

Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12th June 2009 Which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15th July 2009 the following variations are made to Master Plan
for the Erode Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and Published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/85/2011 at Page 98 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,
dated the 23rd February 2011.

In the said Master Plan, in the Annexure E "Land use zoning Schedules",
(i) Under the heading 'Local Planning area', under the sub-heading Village No. 73. Erode, Part II, Kasipalayam
Municipality in column No. 5, Agricultural Use Zone (AG-20), the expression. R.S.No. 963 pt shall be replaced with the
expressions 963 pt (except 963/2B)
(ii) Under the heading 'Local Planning area', under the sub-heading Village No. 73. Erode, Part Il, Kasipalayam
Municipality in column No. 2, Commercial Use Zone (C-14) after the expression R.S.No. 826 to 828, the expression
963/2B shall be added.
