In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Municipal Laws

(Fourth Amendment) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the

1st November 2019 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
