In the Government Order fi rst read above, orders have been issued for constitution of an Additional Labour Court at
Madurai.
2. In the Government Order second read above, orders have been issued for revalidation of the orders issued in the
Government Order fi rst read above, for consitution of Additional Labour Court, Madurai and also sanctioned one post of Driver
and infrastructural facilities to the said court.
3. In the letter third read above, the Registrar General has stated that the Additional Labour Court, Madurai could not be
constituted for want of accommodation report from the Principal District Judge, Madurai. The Government Order Second read
above has expired on 27-06-2019 and he has requested to revalidate the Government Order fi rst read above under Article
50 of the Tamil Nadu Financial Code Volume-1 for constitution of the Additional Labour Court at Madurai.
4. After carefule examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, the Government hereby
revalidate the orders issued in the Government Order fi rst and second read above under Article 50 of the Tamil Nadu Financial
Code Volume-I for the constitution of the Additional Labour Court a Madurai.
5. The expenditure ordered in the Government Order fi rst and second read above towards constitution of the Additional
Labour Court at Madurai shall be debited to the following Head of Account:-

6. Necessary additional funds will be provided in RE/FMA 2019-2020. Pending provision of such funds,
the Registrar General, High Court of Madras is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in Para-2 above.

(Home-II) Department for the year 2019-2020 at an appropriate time without fail.
7. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No.36820/Finance (Home-II)/2019, Dated
20-09-2019 with ASL No.1502 (one thousand fi ve hundred and two).

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Adhoc Rules issued with the Revenue and Disaster Management
Department Notifi cation No.SRO/B-64/2019, dated 18-09-2019 published at page 116 of Part III—Section 1(b) of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 18th September 2019.
2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th September 2013.

"3. Appointment.- Appointment to the post of Joint Director (Administration) shall be made by promotion from among
the holders of the post of Administrative Offi cer in the Survey and Land Records Department."

Notifi cation No.SRO/B-64/2019, dated 18-09-2019 published at page 116 of Part III—Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette, dated the 18th September 2019.
2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th September 2016.

In the said adhoc rules, in rule 1, for the expression "The General", the expression "The Tamil Nadu Government Servants
(Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2016)" shall be substituted.
