Government Gazette No. 19 Part VI—Section 1 page No. 219 and 220 dated, 16-05-2007 publication No. VI (1)/299/2007.

2. Any person aﬀ ected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication

of this notiﬁ cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Municipal

Commissioner, Tiruvallur Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during oﬃ ce hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority Oﬃ ce.

No. 13/2019 Shall be added at the end and to be read with.

In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in serial No. 2 comprising of S.F. No.316 part, 332/1 pt, 2pt shall be

deleted.

In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in serial No. 2 in column No. 4 the ﬁ gure 4.46 shall be deleted and

the ﬁ gure 2.52 shall be substituted at that same place.

In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in serial No. 4 comprising S.F.No. 319/2B part, 331 part shall be

deleted.

In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in Serial No. 4 in column 4 the ﬁ gure 17.16 shall be deleted and the

Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O.2D No.78, Housing and Urban Development

[(UD4(1)] Department, dated 29-05-2019 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers

making the following variation to the consented Master Plan for the Tirunelveli Local Planning Area under the said

Act vide G.O.Ms.No.224, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department dated 13-10-2010 published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.45 part VI—Section 1 Page No.346 dated 17th November 2010.

[(UD4(1)] Department, dated 21-08-2019 has permitted to change of land of use of a survey numbers making the

following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and

I (a). PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE: Survey Numbers, instead of the expression "489'' the expression except

''489/1A2B'' shall be substituted and after the expression ''505/except 1'' the expression ''505/2A2, 2B2 & 2C2'' shall

be added.

Under the heading VIII - ROAD & RAILWAYLINES USE ZONE: Survey Numbers (RAILWAY LINES) - Instead of the

expression "504B'', the expression except ''504B/2A2, 2B2, 3A1, 3A2, 3A4, 3A5, 3B'' shall be substituted.

In the said Master Plan, in the ''LAND USE SCHEDULE'' of VILLAGE NUMBER : 203 OLD GUMMIDIPOONDI,

New heading ''INSTITUTIONAL USE ZONE'' is introduced as SI.No.IX and following expression added:
