In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in

Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares to engage

M/s.CRISIL Limited as rating agency for carrying out the rating exercise so as to enable Tamil Nadu

Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited to acquire good professional service to fetch adequate

subscriptions by potential investors in the bonds at a competitive interest rate.
