NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TRANSPARENCY IN TENDERS ACT.

Under clause (f) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998

(Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es the procurement of

Tea dust required for all Central Prisons, Special Prisons for Women and Borstal School, Pudukkottai

from the Tamil Nadu Tea Plantation Corporation (TANTEA) by placing indent, directly with them

by the Superintendents of Prison concerned.
