“Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu
Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Vellore District Labour Contract Services Industrial
Co-operative Society Ltd., Ind No. 5, Vellore District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the
Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai
vide Proc.No. 37826/ICD/2012 dated 08.11.2019.
Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director, (Indl. Coops) /, District Industries Centre, Vellore has
been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation”.

Constitution of Three Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Courts Two at Egmore, One at Saidapet for
Disposal of Cases Filed u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, in Chennai.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 16 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973,
(Central Act 2 of 1974), the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, hereby authorizes the two Metropolitan
Magistrate Courts at Egmore in Chennai which are constituted as per G.O. (Ms).No,706, Home (Courts-II) Department,
dated 18.09.2017, to try the cases under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 in addition to the Metropolitan
Magistrate Courts functioning at Egmore, Chennai hitherto exercising jurisdiction in respect of trial of cases under
Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (26 of 1881) with effect from the date of constitution of two more
Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No. 419, Housing and Urban
Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91(1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,
1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under
sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972)
to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190, Housing & Urban
Development (UD-I) Department dated 02-09-2008 as Housing and Urban Development Department Notification in No. 266,
Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 2nd September 2008.
Variation
In the said Second Master Plan in Development Regulations, in Regulation No.12 (2) the following expression shall
be added:-
"Map P.P.D./M.P II(V) No. 61/2019
to be read with Map No: MP-II/CITY 17/2008”.
