EXTENSION OF SPECIAL OFFICER TO MANAGE THE AFFAIRS OF THE

"YADHAVAR KALVI NIDHI" REGISTERED NUMBER 85 OF 1962 MADURAI UNDER THE

TAMIL NADU SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 34-A of

the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby extend the term of Tmt. V. Vasuki, Deputy Inspector General of Registration,

Madurai as Special Offi cer to “Yadhavar Kalvi Nidhi” (Registered Number 85/1962), Madurai appointed

vide G.O.(Ms).No. 96, Commercial Taxes and Registration (M1) Department, dated 27-07-2018 for a

further period of 6 months from 27-10-2019 to 26-04-2020 to manage the aff airs of the said society

under the said Act.
