In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Town

and Country Planning (Second Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 2018), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 24th December 2019, as the date on which the said Act shall

come into force.
