Private Colleges (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2020.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts

University and Private Colleges (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 2020), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 22nd day of January 2020, as the date on which the said Act, except

Sections 2, 6 and 7 which already came into force on the 18th September, 2019 shall come into force.
