Notification under the indian tolls act, 1851
Amendment to Notification

No. II(2)/HWMP/79(c)/2020.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with clause (c) of
sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (Central Act VIII of 1851), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Highways and Minor Ports Department’s
Notification No.II(2)/HWMP/855(C-I)/2018, published at pages 1-2 of part II- section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st October 2018.
2. This Notification shall come into force with effect on and from the 30th January 2020.
Amendment
In the said Notification, for the “SCHEDULE”, the following “SCHEDULE” shall be substituted,
namely:-
