Pudukottai and Tiruvannamalai Districts under the
Family Courts Act.

No.II(2)/HO/110/2020.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) read with
sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Family Courts
Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court
of Madras, hereby establishes a Family Court at
Perambalur with effect from the date of assumption
of charge of the Judge of the said Court and also
hereby specifies that the jurisdiction of the said Family
Court shall extend to the local limits of the Perambalur
Town, inclusive of Perambalur Taluk, Veppanthattai Taluk,
Kunnam Taluk and Alathur Taluk in Perambalur District.

No.II(2)/TCRE/114/2020.—WhereAs, the Government
of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient monument
specified in the Schedule below requires protection under
the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and
Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu
Act 25 of 1966);
NOW,
Therefore,
in
exercise
of
powers
conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of the
intention to declare the said ancient monument to be a protected
monument;
Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into
consideration on or after the expiry of two months from the date
of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be
received with respect to thereof, from any person interested
in the said ancient monument before the expiry of the said
period of two months will be considered by the Government of
Tamil Nadu. Objections or Suggestions if any, should be
addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government,
Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments Department, Fort
St. George, Secretariat, Chennai – 600 009.
