starting from the bi-junction point of Survey Field Numbers 63

boundary line, the boundary generally runs south east and

eastwards along the southern side of Survery Field No.63 of

Village No.171 Varam Village and Survey Field No.50/1 of

Village No.174 Thorangur Village and reaches the tri-junction

point of Survey Field No.50/1 of Villlage No.174 Thorangur

Village, Survey Field No.139 of Village No.171 Varam Village

and Salem district boundary.

East, South and West:

Thence the boundary runs southwards along the western

side of Salem District boundary, thence it runs westwards,

northwards and westwards along the northern eastern

and northern side of Salem district boundary, thence it runs

northwards along the eastern side of Salem district boundary

and reaches the starting point.

Note:

The following patta lands and other poramboke lands

ORDER:-G.O.Ms. No. 08, Environment and Forests (FR-5),

28th January, 2020.

In the Government Order fi rst read above, the Government

have constituted the Tamil Nadu State Bio-diversity Board

under sub-section (1), (4) and (5) of Section 22 of the Biological

Diversity Act, 2002 (Central Act, 18 of 2003). Subsequently, in

Government orders 2nd and 3rd read above, the Government

have reconstituted the Tamil Nadu State Bio-diversity Board.

2. In the letter 3rd read above, the Additional

Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Secretary,

Tamil Nadu Biodiversity Board has sent the proposal for

reconstitution of the Tamil Nadu Biodiversity Board since the

tenure of the non-offi cial members is getting lapsed on

30-1-2020 as per Government Order 2nd read above.

Further, he has recommended for the continuation of existing

non-offi cial members for the next tenure also for smooth

functioning of the Board and inclusion of following permanent

special invitees to facilitate compliance with the provisions of

the Biodiversity Act, 2002 eff ectively.

No.II(2)/HWMP/117/2020.—The Government of Tamil Nadu

having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule

below and situated in the Arappakkam village in the Taluk

of Walaja in the district of Vellore are required for Highways

purpose to wit for Formation of Ring Road for Vellore and

it having already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

by the Divisional Engineer (Construction and Maintenance),

Highways Department, Vellore after considering the cause

shown by the owner or other persons having interest on

said land as the case may, do here by publish the following

notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu

Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu

Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the schedule

below measuring an extent of 12400 Sq. mts. of Wet lands and

18018 Sq. mts. of Dry lands totalling to an extent of 3.04.18

Hectares or 30418 Square Meters of lands to the same, a little

more or less needed for Highways, to wit, for the Formation of

Ring Road for Vellore of existing state Highways Road, located

in Arappakkam village, Walaja Taluk, Vellore District.

The plan of lands is kept in the offi ce of the Tahsildar,

Walaja Taluk, Vellore District and may be inspected at any time

during offi ce hours.

having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in schedule

below and situated in the Villages Melpatti and Kilpatti in the

Taluk of Pernambut in the District of Vellore are needed for

Highways purpose for construction of Road Over Bridge in

lieu of existing Level Crossing No. 72 of Valathur and Melpatti

Railway stations and it having already been decided that the

entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Project

Division, Vellore-6, after considering the cause shown by

the owner or other persons having interest on such lands, as

the case may, do here by publish the following notice under

sub Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

N඗ගඑඋඍ

Under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu here by acquires the lands specifi ed in

the Schedule below admeasuring of 19732 Sq. Meters needed

for Highways purpose for formation of Road Over Bridge in

lieu of Level Crossing No.72 located at Melpatti and Kilpatti

Villages.

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the

Tahsildar, Pernambut, Vellore District and may be inspected at

any time during offi ce hours.
