The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that
the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new Broad
Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai
and it having already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid
out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,
Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section (1)
of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial
Purposes Act, 1997.
NOTIce
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act.1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule
below and measuring 6.02.0 Hectare of Dry Land, 0.47.5
Hectare of Wet Land and 00316 Sq. Mt. of Natham Land to
the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose,
to wit for the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line
between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector's Office,
Viluppuram and in the office of the Sub Collector, Tindivanam,
Viluppuram district and may be inspected at any time during
office hours.
Viluppuram District, Gingee Taluk, 156, Uranithangal Village.
Extent of land under acquisition : 6.02.0 Hectare of Dry Land
0.47.5 Hect. of Wet Land and 00316 Sq.Mt. of Natham Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that
the land/ lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of new Broad Gauge
Railway line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai and it
having already been decided that the amount of compensation
to be awarded for the land /lands is to be paid out of the lands
controlled or managed by the District Collector, Viluppuram.
The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section
3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes
Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under
sub-section
(1)
of
Section
3
of
the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
acquires the land / lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring 0.89.5 Hectare of Dry Land and 3.65.0 Hectares of
Wet Land to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial
Purpose wit, for the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway
line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the office of the
Collector, Villuppuram and in the office of the Sub-Collector,
Tindivanam, Viluppuram district may be inspected on any day
during office hours.
