In exercise of the powers conferred in clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 34-A of the Tamil Nadu

Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

Thiru.R.Kumaresan, District Registrar, Chennai as Special Officer to the Society, ''Tamil Film Producers

Council'' (Reg.No. 144/1979) in place of Tmt.K.K. Manjula, District Registrar [in the cadre of Assistant

Inspector General of Registration], Chennai (Central) to manage the affairs of the said society and the said

Thiru.R. Kumaresan, district Registrar shall exercise the powers of Special Officer till Tmt.K.K. Manjula, District Registrar

[in the cadre of Assistant Inspector General of Registration] resumes duty.
