In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 of the Tamil Nadu Public Health

Act, 1939 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1939), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that

Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) is a notified disease in the State of Tamil Nadu for the

purpose of Part II in Chapter VII of the said Act.
