ACQUISTION OF LANDS

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land

specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent

of 908 sq.mts of dry lands in Siruvayalur village, Alathur

Taluk, Perambalur District for the formation of two laning

extension in the SH-142 Duraiyur – Perambalur Road from

Km. 15/300 to 19/150 K.m.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the

Special District Revenue Officer (L.A.O) Chennai Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and Office of the Special

Tahsildar (L.A) Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor

Project, Perambalur may be inspected at any time during

the office hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied

that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for the Highways proposed for the formation of

two laning extension in the State Highways Road SH-142

Thuraiyur – Perambalur Road (from Km. 15/300 to 19/150

K.m) at V.No.64.Siruvayalur village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur

District and it has already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is

to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the

Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project, Salem after considering the cause shown

by the owner (or) other person having interest on such

lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following

notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil

Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

sq.mts of dry lands in V.No.65 Nakkasalem Village in Alathur Taluk, Permbalur District for the purpose to wit for the

formation of new By-Pass Road in the SH-142 Thuraiyur-Permbalur Road from Km. 13/100 to 14/600 Km.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A) Chennai Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and Office of the Special Tahsildar (L.A) Chennai Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor

Project, Perambalur may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

NOTICE

and from KM 58/340 to KM 58/900 (RHS).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition),

District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be

person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor
