Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Biological Diversity Rules, 2017.

No. SRO A-18/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 63 of the Biological

Diversity Act, 2002 (Central Act 18 of 2003), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the

Tamil Nadu Biological Diversity Rules, 2017.

Amendment

In the said Rule, in rule 15, in sub-rule (1) for the expression "Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only)", the expression

"Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees thousand only)" shall be substituted.
