No.II(2)/RDPR/247/2020.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 125 of the

Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies that on and from

the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu

Government Gazette, the land situated within the boundaries

of the T.Rajagopalanpatti Panchayat, Thimmarasanaikanur

Bitt-II Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District, with the total

extent as mentioned in the Schedule be the same or a

little more or less, shall be excluded from the operation

of the said Act.
