No.II(2)/HOU/251/2020.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu

Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of

1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following

amendment to the Rural Development and Local Administration

Department Notification No. II(2)/RUL/2149/74, published at

page 220 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government

Gazette, dated the 17th April 1974, the intention to do so

has been previously published as required by clause (b) of

sub-section (1) of the said section 10 of the Act:-

No.II(2)/MAWS/252/2020.--In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 61 of the

Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act

V of 1920), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares

that on and from the date of publication of this notification

in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, the land situated

within the limits of Vadamadurai Village and Town Panchayat,

Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, with the total extent, as

mentioned in the Schedule, be the same or a little more

or less, shall be withdrawn from the control of the Town

Panchayat Council.
