In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(1)] department, dated 12th June 2009, which has published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (Issue
No. 27), Part II—Section-2, Page 228, dated 15th July 2009 of the following variations are made to Chithode New Town
Development Plan approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development department Notification
No. II(2)/HOU/1204/99, page 516, Part II—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 27th October 1999.
Variation
In the said New Town Development Plan in "Annexure-C" under the heading "Land use of Chithode New Town Development
Plan" in the Tabular Column.
(i)
In "Annexure-VIII" under the heading "IV Educational use Zone" against the entry "E,59, Nallagoundampalayam
Village", for the expression 2, the expression 2 (except 2/2) shall be substituted.

in "Annexure V" Under the heading "B. Mixed Residental Use Zone" against serial number 18/1B after the entry
MR-1, 18/1B, 59-Nallagoundampalayam Village after the expression 2/2 shall be added.

Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD IV-I] Department dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Issue No. 27, Part-II—Section 2, Page No. 228 dated 15th July 2009, the following
variations to the New Town Development Plan of the Hosur New Town Development Area consented under this said
Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. 12 at Page No. 159, 160 of
Part—IV, Section- I of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 26th March 2003.
Variations
In the said Hosur New Town Development Plan under the heading “General Industrial use Zone” in Mathigiri
Village in expression of S.F.No.469/1B, 469/1C, 470/1, 472B/2, 472B/3 with an extent of 4.5 Acres (1.82.55 Hectares)
shall be added.
Under the heading “Primary Residential Use Zone” in Mathigiri Village the expression of S.F.No. 469/1B,
469/1C, 470/1, 472B/2, 472B/3 with an extent of 4.5 Acres (1.82.55 Hectares) shall be deleted.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No. 27 Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for
the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No.II(2)/ Housing / 4377 /94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.
Variations
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA
(OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development
Plan Area in Perur Taluk, Theethipalayam Village.
(i)
Against the entry “AGRICULTURAL (AG-26)” for the expression “372” shall be deleted and the expression
“372” (Except 372/3, 4) shall be substituted.
(ii)
Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL” for the expression 372/3,4 shall be added after the entry 368 to 371.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O.(2d) No.26, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department
dated 27-01-2020 referred MS.TNSCZMA, Director Dept of Environment Lr. No.R.C.No. P1/194/2017, dated.03-02-l7 states that
the property site of R.S.No. 71/2A2, 2A3 and 2A4 referred above is falling outside CRZ area and hence the developments in
the above said site does not attract the provisions of CRZ notification 2011 has been permitted change of land use of certain

village under the heading COASTAL REGULATION ZONE, Survey No. 50 to 72 replaced by 50 to 70, 71pt, 72 (Except
71/2A2, 2A3, 2A4, extent 4047 sqm)
In the Land use Schedule SI.No.17, village No. 29, Mullakkadu village. Newly Inserted III (b) General Industrial use zone
under the above Heading Survey Nos. 71/2A2, 2A3, 2A4 shall be inserted in front of S.No. 100 pt.
