NOTIFICATIONS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.

No. II(2)/CTR/383(e-1)/2020.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu
Act 19 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further
amendment to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/CTR/348(o-1)/2020, published at pages
1-2 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 28th May, 2020, namely:-

In the said notifi cation, in the fi rst paragraph, in clause (i),--
(i) for the words, fi gures and letters “29th day of June, 2020”, the words, fi gures and letters “30th day of August,
2020” shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words, fi gures and letters “30th day of June, 2020”, the words, fi gures and letters “31st day of August,
2020” shall be substituted.
