Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of

SH-58 Chengalpattu - Kanchipuram Road at KM (46/200 to 46/900 KM (RHS)) Palayaseevaram-A Village in Walajabad

Taluk, Kanchipuram District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP),

Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case

may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation)

Act, 2019.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 3047 sq.mt of lands are

acquired Palayaseevaram-A Villages in Walajabad Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the same, a little more or less needed

for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of

SH-58 Chengalpattu – Kanchipuram Road at KM (46/200 to 46/900 KM (RHS)).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Kanchipuram in Kanchipuram District may be inspected at any time during

the offi ce hours.

Cheyyur to Polur Road at KM 00/000 to 02/345 KM No. 63. cheyyur-B (ECR LinK) Village in Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu

District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor

Project, Vandhavasi after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands

as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

in No.63, Cheyyur-B Village in Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-

Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of S.H-115 Cheyyur to Polur

Road at KM 00/000 to 02/345 KM.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-

58(Part-2) Kanchipuram –Arakkonam-Tiruttani Road at KM (108/620 to 108/716 KM) No.21, Tiruttani Village in Tiruttani

Taluk, Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP), Tamilnadu

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be

do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN

Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

N඗ගඑඋඍ

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 258 Sq.mt. of Dry lands

are acquired in No.21, Tiruttani Village in Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed

for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of

SH-58(Part-2) Kanchipuram-Arakkonam- Tiruttani Road at KM (108/620 to 108/716 KM).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected at any time during the

offi ce hours.
