The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed

that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,

Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997 (Tamil

Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

acquires the land / lands specifi ed in the schedule below and

measuring 118781 Sq.Mt of Wet and Dry Land to the same,

a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for

the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line between

Tindivanam and Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Offi ce,

Tivannamalai and in the offi ce of the Revenue Divisional

Offi ce, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai district and may be inspected

at any time during offi ce hours.

Tiruvannamalai District, Vandavasi Taluk , 110.Mummuni Village.

Extent of land under acquisition : 118781 Sq.mt of wet and dry Land

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed

that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,

Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997 (Tamil Nadu

Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires

the land / lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed

that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,

Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil

Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land / lands specifi ed in the schedule

below and measuring 137595 Sq.Mt of wet and dry Land to

the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose,

to wit for the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line

between Tindivanam and Nagari

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Offi ce,
