NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15 (1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH

TAMIL NADU ACT 38 OF 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-86 Omalur–

Sankagiri–Tiruchengode–Paramathi (Tiruchengode Bypass) Road at Km 7.300 to Km 7.760 in 41.Oduvampalayam Village in

Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Salem, (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after

having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby

published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 12210 Sq. mtr., of lands in

41.Oduvampalayam Village in Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai

– Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening of SH-86 Omalur–

Sankagiri–Tiruchengode–Paramathi (Tiruchengode Bypass) Road at Km 7.300 to Km 7.760.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai–Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the

cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at 86/900 KM to 88/850 KM., No.152, Nambedu Village in Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District,

and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the

funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Vandavasi (Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project), Tamil

Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands as the case may

do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu

Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the R.Dry and R.Manai land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent 2111 of sq.mtr.

(R.Dry 1824 sq.mtr. & R.Manai 287 sq.mtr.,) of land in No.152,Nambedu Village in Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, to be

the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for

Strengthening and widening of SH-115 Cheyyur-Vandavasi-Polur Road at KM 86/900 to 88/850 KM .

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai–Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Vandavasi in Tiruvannamalai District and may be inspected at any time

during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired

under Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening S.H-115

Cheyyur to Polur Road at KM 31/600 to 33/400 KM No.63.Velamur Village in Maduranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and

it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Vandhavasi

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby

publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002)

read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the Dry & R.Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 3619 sq.mtr lands in

No.63.Velamur Village in Maduranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-

Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of S.H-115 Cheyyur to Polur

Road at KM 31/600 to 33/400 KM.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Kanhcipuram, and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project, Cheyyur Unit, may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
