NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15 (1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TN ACT 34 OF 2002)

READ WITH TAMIL NADU ACT 38 OF 2019.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below

have to be acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for

widening of S.H-95 (Mohanur – Namakkal – Senthamangalam - Rasipuram Road (From 47/300 k.m. To 48/500 k.m. –

01.200 km.) in 3.Kalkurichi Village, Senthamangalam Taluk of Namakkal District and it has already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed

by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department,Salem, (CKICP), Tamilnadu after considering the cause shown by the

owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notiﬁ cation

under sub section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002.)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of

216 Sq. mtr., in 3.Kalkurichi Village in Senthamangalam Taluk and Namakkal District for Highways purpose, to wit,

for widening of the State Highways Road SH-95Mohanur – Namakkal – Senthamangalam - Rasipuram Road Road

(From 47/300 k.m. To 48/500 k.m. – 01.200 km.)

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer

(Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry and Manavari lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring

to an extent of 1651 sq.mts. of lands are acquired in 10.Vandaiyariruppu Village in Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District,

to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening

of SH-09 Cuddalore - Madapattu Road at KM 32/210 to 34/360 K.M., 22, Thiruvamur Village in Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore

District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to

be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Cuddalore (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after

having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may

do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry land speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring an extent

of 6844 sq.mts of lands are acquired 22, Thiruvamur Village in Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, to be the same,

a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to

wit, for Strengthening and widening of SH-09 Cuddalore - Madapattu Road at KM 32/210 to 34/360 K.M.,. The

plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Cuddalore in Cuddalore District and may be inspected at any

time during the oﬃ ce hours.
