NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002)

READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU ACT 38 OF 2019.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu havingbeen satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Projectfor Highways purpose to witfor formation of bypass

inSH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road atKm 36/700 to Km 38/700 -02/000inThuthikulam Village in

SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District,and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the fundscontrolled andmanaged by the Divisional Engineer, Highways,Chennai

– Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem, Tamilnaduafter having considered the cause shown by the owner or

other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-

section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of

63366 Sq. mtr., of wet and dry lands in Thuthikulam Village in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District, for formation

of bypass in SH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road at Km 36/700 to Km 38/700-02/000.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land

Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be

acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to with for Strengthening

and widening of SH-64. Kumabakonam - Sirkali Road at KM 46/500 to 47/220 KM, 66. Kathiramangalam Village in

Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Kumbakonam

(CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the

said lands, as the case may do hereby published the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of

Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Manai land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 9 sq.mts

of lands are to be acquired at 66.Kathiramangalam Village in Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District to be the same, a

little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for

Strengthening and widening of SH-64. Kumabakonam - Sirkali Road at KM 46/500 to 47/220 KM. The plan of the lands

under acquisition is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari

Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.The Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Manai and Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent

of Additional 38sq.mts. of Manai and Dry lands are to be acquired in 22.Arivalur village in Kuttalam Taluk, Nagapattinam

District ,to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Projectfor State Highways

purpose, to wit for Widening ofSH-23 , Mayiladuthurai - Thiruvarur Road at KM (5/611 to 5/742).
