NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TAXATION LAWS (RELAXATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS)

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Taxation Laws (Relaxation of Certain Provisions)

Ordinance, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance 5 of 2020), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifi es that the time limit for

the completion or compliance of actions, as stipulated in clauses (a) and (b) of the said Section 4, which falls during the

period from the 20th day of March, 2020 to the 30th day of August, 2020 (both days inclusive), stands extended to the

31st day of August, 2020.
