Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be

acquired under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH -66

Kumbakonam -Mannargudi Road (from K.M 21/520 to K.M 22/360) in 59.Aravathur Village in Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur

District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be

paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after

having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may

be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and

Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019. The Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet & Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of

3492 sq.mts. of Wet & Manai lands are to be acquired in 59.Aravathur Village in Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur District,

to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways

purpose, to wit for Widening of SH -66 Kumbakonam - Mannargudi Road (from K.M 21/520 to K.M 22/360).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of The Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai-

Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai –

Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project in Mannargudi may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Widening of SH-115, Cheyyur - Polur Road at KM 03/000 to 4/400 KM at No. 63, Cheyyur D (Puthur) Village, in Cheyyur

Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), CKICP, Vandavasi,

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case

may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment

and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the R.Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1768

sq.mt of lands in No.63, Cheyyur D (Puthur) Village in Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, to the same, a little more

or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening

of SH-115, Cheyyur - Polur Road at KM 03/000 to 4/400 KM

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land

Thoothukudi District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), (CKICP), Tirunelveli, Tamil

Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the

case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry and Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring

to an extent of 1735 sq.mtrs. of Dry, Wet lands comprised in S.No. 340/1A and etc., at Keela Thiruchendur Village,

Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District notifi ed for acquisition by invoking the provisions of the T.N. Highways Act, 2001

towards the purpose of Widening the State Highways Road SH-40, Thiruchendur-Ambasamudiram Via Palayamkottai Road

(from from Km.0/750 to 3/500 KM).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening

of SH-58 (Part-2), Kancheepuram-Tiruttani Byepass Road at KM (90/000 to 92/340) 66. Kilandurai Village in Nemili

Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for

the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP),

Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as

the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the R.Dry and R.Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 68737

sq.mt of lands are acquired in 66. Kilandurai Village in Nemili Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little more or less needed

for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58

(Part-2), Kancheepuram-Tiruttani Byepass Road at KM (90/000 to 92/340).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected at any time during

the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-66, Kumbakonam-

Mannarkudi Road at KM (3/600 to 5/750) 45, Sakkottai Karuppur Village in Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District, and

it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out

of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having

considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do

hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry and Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an

extent of 4492 sq.mts. lands are acquired in 45, Sakkottai Karuppur Village in Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District, to

the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose,

to wit for Widening of SH-66, Kumbakonam-Mannarkudi Road at KM (3/600 to 5/750).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project in Kumbakonam may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
