No.II(2)/HWMP/476/2020.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu

having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule

below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit

for formation of Kumbakonam Byepass Road Phase-III

Thanjavur District and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed

by the Divisional Engineer (Highways) Construction and

Maintenance Thanjavur after considering the cause shown

by the owner or other person having interest on such lands

NOTICE

Under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed

in the Schedule below measuring to an extent Acquisition of

2.25.25 Hectares Wet and 0.12.75 Hectares Dry lands (Total

2.38.0 Hectares) in Annalagaraharam Village for formation of

Kumbakonam Byepass Road.

The plan of the lands is kept in the oﬃ ce of the District

Revenue Oﬃ cer, Thanjavur and may be inspected at any time

during oﬃ ce hours.

No.II(2)/HWMP/479/2020.—The Government of Tamil Nadu

having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in schedule

below are required through Highways Department for

Highways purpose for construction of Road Over Bridge

in lieu of existing LC No. 67 through Highways Department

located at Goodanagaram Village Pernambut Taluk and

Melmuttukur Village, Gudiyatham Taluk and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to

be awarded for the lands acquired for the purpose above

is to be paid by the Divisional Engineer (Highways),

Project Division (H) Vellore-6, after considering the cause

shown by the owner or other persons having interest on

such lands, as the case may, do here by publish the

following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act-34 of 2002 the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the

Schedule below and measuring of 13388 Sq. Meters to the

same, a little more or less in for Highways the purposes

for formation of Road Over Bridge in lieu of L.C.No.67

located at Pernambut Taluk in the Goodanagaram Village

and Gudiyatham Taluk in the Melmuttukur Village.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Tahsildar,

Pernambut and Tahsildar, Gudiyatham Vellore District and

may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

Rඍඉඌ: From the Inspector General of Police, Economic

Oﬀ ence Wing, i/c Additional Director General of Police,

Economic Oﬀ ences Wing, Chennai-32, letter Rc.No.C1/

EOW-II/10048/2019, dated 26-02-2020.

ORDER : No.253, Home (Police-XIX), 14th July 2020.

Whereas, Complaints have been received from a number

of depositors that M/s Fine Future, Coimbatore District, has

defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

And Whereas, the Government are satisﬁ ed that the said

ﬁ nancial establishment is not likely to return the deposits to

the depositors and hence, the Government have to protect the

interests of such depositors;

And Whereas, the immovable properties speciﬁ ed in the

Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured by

the said ﬁ nancial establishment from and out of the deposits

collected from the depositors;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in ﬁ nancial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of

1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim

order attaching the immovable properties standing in the names

of members of the said defaulted ﬁ nancial establishment

speciﬁ ed in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control

over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue oﬃ cer,

Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Oﬃ cer,

Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further action in

accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3)

and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities

prescribed in the Tamil Nadu protection of Interests of

Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the

Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial

Etablishments) Act, 1997 Coimbatore is requested to render

necessary assistance to the Competent Authority and District

Revenue Oﬃ cer, Coimbatore District for ﬁ ling the application

before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.
