"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu

Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the aﬀ airs of the New Rising House Keeping contract Labour Industrial

co-operative Service Society, IND No.1/2015 Dindigul District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate eﬀ ect by

the Industries commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, chennai

vide Proc.No. 6622/ICN/2020-1 dated 01-07-2020.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (IC), District Industries Centre, Dindigul has been appointed

as the Oﬃ cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

(Act No. 35 of 1972) The Commissioner / Director of Town and Country Planning in the Proceedings

ROC No. 4646/2020TCP2 dated. -07-2020 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion of

Residential use into Public and Semipublic use (Hospital) in ward No. 6 Block No. 92, T.S. No. 2851/33 (New T.S. No. 44)

having an Extent of 1.28 Acres to the Approved Tiruchi-Nagapattinam bye pass road to the Detailed Development

Plan No. 1 Thanjavur Local Planning Area Special Commissioner of Town and Country Planning's Proceedings

Roc. No. 8351/97DP3 dated 25-09-97 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in the Tamil Nadu

Government Gazette No.9 Part VI—Section-1 page No. 270 and 271, dated: 11-03-98 publication No. VI(1)/309/98.

2. Any person aﬀ ected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication

of this notiﬁ cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member

Secretary, Thanjavr Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during oﬃ ce hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority Oﬃ ce.

Constitution of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Peravurani in Thanjavur District.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873)

the High Court, Madras, hereby ﬁ xes peravurani in Thanjavur District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum-

Judicial Magistrate Court, Peravurani, shall be located.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873)

the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Thanjavur District, the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai, shall cease to

have local jurisdiction over the entire Peravurani Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Peravurani

shall have and exercise local jurisdication over the entire Taluk of Peravurani with eﬀ ect from the date on which the

District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani assumes charge of that Court.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notiﬁ es that the District Munsif-cum-Judical Magistrate, Peravurani in

Thanjavur District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil

Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise

exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh rupees

within the local limits of his jurisdication with eﬀ ect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate,

Peravurani assumes charge of that Court.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of

1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, shall have

and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small causes under the Provincial Small Cause Act, 1887 for the trial of suits

cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees ﬁ ve thousand only) with eﬀ ect

from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Peravurani, Assumes charge of the Court.
