In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Fiscal

Responsibility (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act 18 of 2020), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

appoints the 6th day of August 2020, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
