NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be

acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for strengthening and widening

of SH-58 (Part II) Kanchipuram – Arakkonam- Tirutani Road at Km 66/940 to 67/250 km (LHS) and km 66/940 to 67/100

km.(RHS) Kanchipuram Town, Ward-4, Block-57 Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, and it having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and

managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu, after having considering the cause shown

by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 877 sq.mtrs.

of R.Wet, R.Dry and R.Manai lands in Kanchipuram Town, Ward-4, Block- 57 in Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District,

to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways

purpose, for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 (Part II) Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tirutani Road at Km 66/940

to 67/250 km (LHS) and km 66/940 to 67/100 km (RHS).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipet District which may be inspected at any time

during the offi ce hours.

for Highways Department for widening and strengthening of S.H-95 Mohanur– Namakkal–Senthamangalam-Rasipuram

Road (From 43/700 k.m. To 45/990 k.m. - 02/290 k.m.) in 05.Belukuruchi village, Senthamangalam Taluk of Namakkal

District and it have already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be

paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Highways Department after considering the cause shown by the owner

or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notifi cation under

sub section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 18190

Sq. Mtr. in 05.Belukuruchi village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District to the same, a little more or less needed

for Highways, for formation of Road in S.H–95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road.

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer(LA), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and Special Tahsildar(LA), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal

may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired for

Highways Department for Konganapuram Bye-pass of SH-86 Omalur-Sankari-Tiruchengode-Paramathi Road from K.M.25/530

to K.M.26/610 in 20.Kachuppalli Village (Bye-pass), Edappadi Taluk of Salem District, and it have already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and

managed by Highways Department after considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest

on such lands as the case may be do here by publish the following notifi cation under sub-Section (1) of Section 15

of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002), the Government

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 29797 Sq.Mtr.

in 20.Kachuppalli Village (Bye-pass), Edappadi Taluk, Salem District to the same a little more or less needed for

Highways to wit for the formation of Konganapuram Bye-pass from K.M.25/530 to K.M.26/610 in SH–86 Omalur-Sankari-

Tiruchengode-Paramathi Road.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and Offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project,

Sankari at Omalur may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for widening of SH-58 Kanchipuram

to Arakkonam Road (From K.M. 75/280 to K.M.75/900) 72.Ooveri Village (Addl.) in Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram

District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be

paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), (CKICP), Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu after

having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be

do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 120

sq.mtrs. of Dry lands comprised in S.No. 75/1 at 72.Ooveri Village (Addl.), Kanchipuram Taluk , Kanchipuram District

notifi ed for acquisition by invoking the provisions of the T.N. Highways Act, 2001 towards the purpose of Widening the

State Highways Road SH-58 Kanchipuram to Arakkonam Road (From K.M. 75/280 to K.M.75/900).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai-
