The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that

the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired

for industrial purposes to wit for the formation of Industrial

Park by SIPCOT and it having already been decided that the

entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the

Government the following Notice is issued under Sub-section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10/1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil

Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below

and measuring 12.39.5 Hectare to the same a little more or

less needed for the formation of Industrial Park by SIPCOT.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the

Special Tahsildar (L.A) SIPCOT, Unit IV, Sattur and may be

inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

SIPCOT Industrial Park surrounding areas and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by the Government. The following

Notice is issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil

Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purposes to wit for setting up of New

SIPCOT Industrial Park surrounding areas and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by the Government. The following

Notice is issued under Sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil

Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10/1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below

and measuring 0.51.5 Hectare to the same a little more or

less needed for the formation of New SIPCOT Industrial Park.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the

Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (LA), New SIPCOT Industrial

Park, Sattur Taluk and may be inspected at any time during

oﬃ ce hours.
