The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed

that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for the purpose of widening and strengthening of

Singaperumal Koil to Sriperumbudur in 174 Thirukachur

Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District and

it has already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional

Engineer (Construction and Maintenance), Highways

Department, Kancheepuram District after considering

the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having

interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby

publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed

in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 00450

sq.mts of Government Ryotwari wet lands in 174, Thirukachur

Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District for widening

and strengthening of Singaperumal Koil to Sriperumbudur,

Chengalpattu District .

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District

Revenue Offi cer, Chengalpattu and may be inspected at any

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the

lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for

Highways purpose for widening and strengthening of Vandalur

to Wallajabad Road at No.01. Mannivakkam Village, Vandalur

Taluk, Chengalpattu District and it has already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by

the Chief Engineer, Construction and Maintenance, Highways

Department after considering the cause shown by the owner

(or) other person having interest on such lands as the case

may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-

section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the

Schedule below measuring to an extent of 00104 sq.mts of

Ryotwari wet lands in No.01.Mannivakkam Village, Vandalur

Taluk, Chengalpattu District for widening and strengthening

of Vandalur to Wallajabad Road.

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District

Revenue Offi cer, Chengalpattu and may be inspected at any

time during offi ce hours.
