Notice Under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN act 34 of 2002) Read With Tamil Nadu

Act 38 of 2019.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under

Highways purpose to wit for forming and Improving Western Bypass road to Aruppukottai Town from NH45B-NH 45B including

construction of rail over bridge at Kovilangulam Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, and it had already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed

by the Divisional Engineer(H), Projects, Highways Department, Chennai after having considered the cause shown by the owner

or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby published the following notice under Sub-Section

(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to extent of 9,333 Sq. mtr., R.Dry land in

S.No. 322/1F2, Kovilangulam Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for forming and Improving Western Bypass

road to Aruppukottai Town from NH45B-NH45B including construction of rail over bridge starting from Kovilangulam and ending

at Gopalapuram in connection with National Highways 45B in Virudhunagar District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Virudhunagar may be inspected

at any time during the offi ce hours.

15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to extent of 10937 Sq. mtr., R.Dry land in

S.No. 1/1B, Chinnapuliampatty (Ward-A, Block 3) Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to be the same, a little more

or less needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for formation, improving

Western bypass road to Aruppukottai Town including construction of Rail Over Bridge starting from Kovilangulam and ending at

Gopalapuram in connection with National Highways 45B in Virudhunagar District.

that the property site of R.S.No.51 /2A1 referred above is falling outside CRZ area and hence the developments in the above

said site does not attract the provisions of CRZ notifi cation 2011 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey

numbers making the following variation to the consented Master plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the

said Act vide G.O.Ms.No. 71, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated 10-02-2000 and published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.35 Part VI Section I page No.383 Notifi cations No. VI(1)/487/2000 dated 6th September

2000.
