APPOINTMENT OF PERSONS AS MEMBERS OF TAMIL NADU

WAQF BOARD UNDER THE WAQF ACT, 1995.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of clause (b), read with second proviso to

sub-section (2) and powers conferred by clauses (c), (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) and powers conferred by

sub-section (9) of section 14 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
