ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE
TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired
under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of
SH-58-2, Kancheepuram – Arakkonam –Thirutthani Road at KM 87/820 to KM 90/000 No.53. Illuppaithandalam (Part -2)
village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be
awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram
(CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such
lands as the case may do hereby publish the following Notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the
Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet and Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to
an extent 63458 of sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.53. Illuppaithandalam (Part -2) village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet
District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State
Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58-2, Kancheepuram – Arakkonam –Thirutthani Road
at KM 87/820 to KM 90/000.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),
Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),
Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected at any time during
the offi ce hours.

(CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such
lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired
under Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of
SH-58-2, Kancheepuram – Arakkonam –Tiruttani Road at KM 105/300 to KM 106/775 No.17. Itchiputhur village, Arakkonam
Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for
the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kancheepuram (CKICP),
Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the
case may be, do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways
Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent
2410 of sq.mt of lands are acquired in No.17. Itchiputhur village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little
more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for
Strengthening and widening of SH-58-2, Kancheepuram – Arakkonam –Thirutthani Road at KM 105/300 to KM 106/775 .
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),
Chennai - Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),
Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected at any time during
the offi ce hours.

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening of SH-58-1 Chengalpattu
- Kanchipuram Road (from 5/680 KM to 6/314 KM) 69.Periyathottam Village in Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District,
and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid
out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), (CKICP), Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu after having
considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do
hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry land specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1179
sq.mtrs. of Dry land are acquired in 69.Periyathottam Village, Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the same, a

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent
of 944 sq.mt of lands are acquired in Kangalancheri Village in Nagapattinam Taluk, Nagapattinam District, to the same,
a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit
for Strengthening and widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road at KM (33/416 to 34/134).

in Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be
awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways,
Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem, Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the
owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following Notice
under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 14769
Sq. mtr., in Sikkampatti (Part-1) Village in Omalur Taluk, Salem District, for formation of bypass in SH-86 Omalur -
Sangagiri - Tiruchengodu - Paramathi Road at Km 5.78 to Km 9.00.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land
Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),
Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project,Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening and strengthening
of S.H-95 Mohanur– Namakkal–Senthamangalam-Rasipuram Road (From 40/850 k.m. to 43/300 k.m. - 02.450 k.m.) in
17.Uthirakidikaval village, SenthamangalamTaluk of Namakkal District and it has already been decided that the entire
amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Divisional

on such lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notifi cation under sub section 1 of Section 15 of
the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands and ManaiPatta land specifi ed in the schedule below
measuring to an extent 17519.5Sq. mtr., of lands in 7.UthirakidikavalVillage in SenthamangalamTaluk, Namakkal District,
for Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening of SH-95 Mohanur-Namakkal-Senthamangalam-Rasipuram
Road at From 40/850 k.m. to 43/300 k.m. - 02.450 k.m.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land
Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),
Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be
acquired under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project -II for Highways purpose to wit for Four laning and strengthening of
Oddanchatram - Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road (SH37) in Kallimandaiyam and 6 other villages - Oddanchatram, Dharapuram
and Tiruppur south Taluks, Dindugal and Tiruppur Districts, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of
compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional
Engineer (H), TNRSP-II, Salem, TamilNadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons
having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following Notice under Sub-Section (1) of
Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent
4865 Sq. mtr., of lands in Kallimandaiyam and 6 other villages - Oddanchatram, Dharapuram and Tiruppur south Taluks,
Dindugal and Tiruppur Districts, for Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening of SH-37 Oddanchatram
- Dharapuram - Tiruppur Road.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),
Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), TNRSP - II, Tiruppur
may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
