Under the Notiﬁ cations No. VI(1)/231/2020 and No. VI(1)/232/2020 published in Issue No. 29, Dated 15th July 2020. In Part

VI—Section 1 at Pages 76 and 77 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, the following extract of the Notiﬁ cations is deleted.

"I am, therefore, to request that the aforesaid Notiﬁ cation may be published in the next issue of the Tamil Nadu

Government Gazette, without fail and also to request that ten copies of the so published Notiﬁ cation may be

sent to the High Court, at the earliest."

"In exercise of the powers conferred under the ﬁ rst proviso to Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873

(Central Act III of 1873), the High Court, Madras hereby directs that appeals from the decrees or orders of the District Munsif's

Court at Chengam be preferred in the Court of Subordinate Judge at Chengam with eﬀ ect on and from the date on which the

Subordinate Judge, Chengam assumes charge of that Court.''
