The following withdrawal is issued to G.O(3D)No.3, Highways and Minor Ports (HS1)
Department, dated 07-03-2019 and the Notifi cation No.II(2)/HWMP/212(e-1)/2019 published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.108, dated 7th March 2019.
WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION
Under sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamilnadu Act 38/2019) the Governor of Tamilnadu hereby withdraws from acquisition
of the land specified in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under
sub-section (1) of section 15 was published by the Highways and Minor Ports Department at page
No.4 of Part II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated:07-03-2019 and actual
possession of which was not taken by, or on behalf of the Government.
