Notice Under sub-section (1) Of Section 15 Of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002), read with

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival Of Operation, Amendment And Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the Lands specifi ed in the schedule below to be acquired for the

public purpose, that is for the construction of Western Ring-road to Coimbatore City in Perur Chettipalayam Village of Perur

Taluk, in Coimbatore District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

Lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways (Construction and Maintenance),

Coimbatore and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest in the said Lands as

the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002.)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil

Nadu State, hereby acquires that the Lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 95,480 Square meters

of Dry Lands. To the same, a little more or less is needed for the construction of Western Ring-road to Coimbatore City in Perur

Chettipalayam village of Perur Taluk, in Coimbatore District.

(North) Taluk, in Coimbatore District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be

awarded for the Lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways (Construction and

Maintenance), Coimbatore and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest in

the said Lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival Of Operation,

Amendment And Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Commissioner

of Land Administration (FAC), hereby acquires that the Lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of

3252 Square meters of Dry Lands, to the same, a little more or less is needed for the construction of Western Ring-road to

Coimbatore City, between KM 166/6 of Salem - Cochin Road and KM 360/6 of NH 67 Nagapattinam - Gudalur - Mysore Road,

in Nanjundapuram Village of Coimbatore (North) Taluk, in Coimbatore District.

The plan of the Lands under acquisition is kept at the offi ce of the District Collector, Coimbatore and in the offi ce of the Special
