Notice Under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment And Validation) Act, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have be required for

Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing 141 at Railway Km 3/2 in between Sulur - Somanur Railway

stations. Acquiring of land is essential for traffi c clearance and that an extent of 10331 square meter specifi ed in the schedule is to

be acquired in Kaniur and Karavalimathapur Village for public purpose and it having already been decided that in the amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways

Projects, Chennai and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest in the said

lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Commisioner of

Land Administration (FAC) hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the below and measuring 10331 square meters to the same a

little more or less are needed for the construction of Road Over Bridge i lieu of existing Level Crossing 141 at Railway KM 3/2 in

between Sulur and Somanur Railway Station in Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Coimbatore and in the Offi ce of the Tahsildar, Sulur

may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

and Country Planning, Chennai-2 hereby confi rms the following variation for deletion of Part of C1C1 and C4C4 40'0" road in

S.F. No. 259/1 in Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore District, Coimbatore Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of
