IND No. 14/2007/CBE. (U/L) in the fi nal closure proposal dated 29-08-2020 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section

140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the registration of the Dr. Ambedkar Auto Rickshaw Drivers Industrial

Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No. 14/2007/CBE (U/L) has been ordered to be cancelled and the aff airs have been fi naly closed

with eff ect from 15-09-2020 vide the Proceedings No. LF. 1257/ICA/2019 dated 15-09-2020 of the Industries Commissioner and

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are required

for the Highways purpose to wit for formation of ring road to Mannargudi town branching and merging at km 35/2

Kumbakonam-Mannargudi-Adhirampattinam road (SH66). and it has already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for land is to be paid by Divisional Engineer Highways Tiruvarur and after considering

the cause shown by owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do here by publish

the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Highways Act, 2001(TN Act34/2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Government of

Tamil Nadu here by acquires the land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 1.63.24 hectares of

lands a little more or less required to wit for forming ring road to Mannargudi town branching and merging at km 35/2

of Kumbakonam-Mannargudi-Adhirampattinam road (SH66) in Kumarapuram Village, Mannargudi Taluk in Tiruvarur District,

The plan of land is kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer Tiruvarur and may be inspected at any time

during offi ce hours.

Notice Under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) Read With Tamil Nadu Act 38 of 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II for Highways purpose to wit for 2 way line to 4 way line of SH- 39 Tirunelveli – Sengottai -

Kollam Road at K.M 5/000 to 50/600 K.M., Alangulam Village & Taluk, Tirunelveli District and it having already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the

Divisional Engineer, Tirunelveli (TNRSP-II) Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons

having interest on said lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15

of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 38/2019).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry & Natham lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of

9884 sq.mtr. of lands are acquired in Alangulam Village & Taluk, Tirunelveli District to be the same, a little more or less needed

for Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project for Highways purpose, to wit for 2 way line to 4 way line of SH-39 Tirunelveli – Sengottai –

Kollam Road at K.M 5/000 to 50/600 K.M.,

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Tirunelveli and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition) TNRSP-II may be inspected

at any time during the offi ce hours.

Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired

for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing 142A at Railway km 466/21-23 in between Sulur –

Somanur Railway stations. Acquiring of land is essential for traffi c clearance and that an extent of 23759 square meter specifi ed

in the schedule is to be acquired in Rasipalayam and Arasur Village for public purpose and it having already been decided that in

the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer,

Highways Projects, Chennai and after having considered that cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest

in the said lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub – section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub – section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Commissioner

of Land Administration (FAC) hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring 23759 square meters to

the same a little more or less are needed for the purpose of Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing

142A at Railway km 466/21-23 in between Sulur and Somanur Railway Station in Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Coimbatore and in the Offi ce of the Tahsildar,

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with Tamil Nadu Act, 38 of 2019.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired

under Highways purpose to wit for Formation of Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town in Thiruthangal Village, Sivakasi

Taluk of Virudhunagar District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for

the lands to be paid out of the common funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer(Highways), Construction and

Maintenance, Highways Department, Chennai and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons

having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section

15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to extent of 76,200 Sq. mtr., (7.62.0

hect.,) Ryot. Dry land in S.No.21/1 and etc., at Thiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to be the same, a

little more or less needed for formation of Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town starting from Keelathiruthangal and ending at

Thiruthangal in Virudhunagar District.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Collector, Virudhunagarmay be inspected at any

time during the offi ce hours.
