Notice Under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) Read With Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment And Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of

SH- 23 Mayiladuthurai - Thiruvarur Road at KM 33/416 to 34/134 KM Kangalancheri (Additional) Village in Nagapattinam

Taluk, Nagapattinam District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for

the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu

after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may

be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act

34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring an extent of 04 sq.mts are

acquired in Kangalancheri (Additional) Village, Nagapattinam Taluk, Nagapattinam District, to be the same, a little more or

less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for Strengthening

and widening of SH-23 Mayiladuthurai - Thiruvarur Road at KM 33/416 to 34/134 KM.

The plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Thiruvarur in Thiruvarur District and may be inspected at any time

during the offi ce hours.

paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department after having considering

the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish

the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34

of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read

for Strengthening and widening of SH-66 Kumbakonam - Mannargudi Road ( From KM 13/900 to 14/265).

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of

SH-64 Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road at Km 42/100 to Km 44/200 Natham Village in Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District,

and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid

out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Kumbakonam, (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having

considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do

hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act

34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry and Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent

2056 of sq.mt in Natham Village, Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District, to be the same, a little more or less is needed

for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose, to wit, for strengthening and widening

of SH-64 Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road at Km 42/100 to Km 44/200.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Corridor Project, No.7/90, Ko.Si.Mani Nagar North, Mayiladuthurai Road, Kumbakonam and

offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sirkali Unit, No.21,

Travellers Bungalow Road, Tenpathi, Sirkali Nagapattinam District and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Land Acquisition Laws (Revival o,f Operation, Amendment And Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be

acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and

widening of SH-86 Omalur Sankari Tiruchengode Paramathi Road at Km 5.78 to 9.00 Km 77.Sikkampatti (Part-2) Village

Omalur Taluk, Salem District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil

Nadu, after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the

case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and

Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil

Nadu hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 11362 sq.mtrs. of

Wet and Dry lands in 77.Sikkampatti (Part-2) Village in Omalur Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less

is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening

and widening of SH-86 Omalur Sankari Tiruchengode Paramathi Road at Km 5.78 to 9.00 Km.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai

– Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sankari @ Omalur, Salem District which may be inspected at any time

during the offi ce hours.
