ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II for Highways purpose for Widening of SH-222, Omalur – Mecheri Road at KM (1/150 to

14/320) Omalur, Pachanampatti and Karuppanampatti Villages in Omalur Taluk, Salem District and it having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and

managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (TNRSP II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the

owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued

under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act ,2019 the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notify that the Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 4820 sq.mts.

of Dry lands are acquired in Omalur, Pachanampatti and Karuppanampatti Villages in Omalur Taluk, Salem District, to the

same, a little more or less needed for Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II for State Highways purpose for Widening of SH-

222, Omalur – Mecheri Road at KM(1/150 to 14/320).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition),

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project II in Salem, may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project – II for Highways purpose for Widening of SH-15, Chithode - Erode Road at

(Km 153/600 to 161/815) Gangapuram Village in Erode Taluk, Erode District, and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed

by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tiruppur (TNRSP II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner

or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued

under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act 2019. the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ es that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1540sq.mts.

of Dry and Natham lands are acquired in Gangapuram village in Erode Taluk, Erode District, to the same, a little more

or less needed for Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH-15, Chithode

- Erode Road (Km 153/600 to 161/815).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition),

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road

Sector Project – II, Tiruppur may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Tamil Nadu Road Sector project –II, for Highways purpose to with for Widening of SH-15, Chithode - Erode Road

at KM (153/600 to 161/815) Kumilamparappu and Suriyampalayam village in Erode Taluk, Erode, District, and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds

controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tiruppur (TNRSP-II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the

cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act ,2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ es that the Dry and Natham lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent

of 2986 sq.mts. of Dry and Natham lands are acquired in Kumilamparappu and Suriyampalayam village in Erode Taluk,

Erode, District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Tamil Nadu Road Sector project –II, for State Highways

purpose, for Widening of SH-15, Chithode - Erode Road at KM (153/600 to 161/815).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition),

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project-II, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project-II in Tiruppur may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
