ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT ,2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II for Highways purpose for Widening of SH-30, Maliakarai- Attur Road at

KM 81/125 to 91/200 Eachampatti Village in Attur Taluk, Salem District and it having already been decided that the

entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by

the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (TNRSP II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or

other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notify that the Dry/Wet/Natham lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring

to an extent of 9912 sq.mts. acquired in Eachampatti village in Attur Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more

or less needed for Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH-30, Omalur -

Mecheri Road at KM (81/125 to 91/200.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition),

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project II, in Salem may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued

NOTICE

of Dry lands are acquired in Thindamangalam Village in Omalur Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less

needed for Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH-222, Omalur- Mecheri

Road (Km 1/150 to 14/320).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-222, Omalur - Mecheri Road

at KM (1/150 to 14/320) P.Kalipatti Village in Omalur Taluk, Salem District and it having already been decided that the

entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by

the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (TNRSP II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or

other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notify that the Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1644

sq.mts. are acquired in P.Kalipatti Village in Omalur Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less needed for

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH-222, Omalur - Mecheri Road at

KM (1/150 to 14/320).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition),

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project II, in Salem may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
