SPECIFYING THE INVESTMENT LIMIT FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION TO DISTRICT LEVEL

NODAL AGENCY UNDER THE TAMIL NADU BUSINESS FACILITATION ACT, 2018.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Tamil Nadu

Business Facilitation Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 7 of 2018) and in supersession of Micro, Small

and Medium Enterprises Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/MSME/917(a-4)/2017 published at page 3 of

Part II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 10th November 2017,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifi es the Investment Limit, in Plant and Machinery or Equipment,

upto which the application for clearances shall be made to the District Level Nodal Agency as fi fty crore

rupees in respect of enterprises which are engaged in the manufacture or production of goods or providing

of service and whose turnover do not exceed two hundred and fi fty crore rupees.
