NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for widening of SH-191 Melur to

Tirupathur Road (From K.M. 0/000 to K.M.30/485) Keelavalavu Village (Addl.) in Melur Taluk, Madurai District, and

it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out

of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), (CKICP), Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu after having

considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do

hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with

the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the R.Manai specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 9 sq.mtrs.

of lands are acquired at Keelavalavu Village (Addl.), Melur Taluk, Madurai District to the same, a little more or less is

needed for Chennai-Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways Road SH-191 Melur to Tirupathur Road

(From K.M. 0/000 to K.M.30/485).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai-

Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project , Tirunelveli and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai – Kanniyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Tirupathur may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 15093 sq.mts.

of Dry lands are acquired in 14. Manjakkalpatti Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less is

needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and

widening of SH-86, Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road at KM (32/500 to 800).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai -

in V.M.Chatram, Tirunelveli Corporation Ward BQ Block 29, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled

and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tirunelveli (CKICP), Tamil Nadu, after having considering the cause shown by

the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 1269 sq.mtrs. of R.Manai

in V.M.Chatram, Tirunelveli Corporation Ward BQ Block 29, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, to the same, a little

more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for

land acquisition extent issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 in Form C of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 38 of 2019), published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette in respect of Thangayur Village, Edappadi

Taluk, Salem District for the purpose to wit for four laning and strengthening of SH-86 Omalur-Sankari-Tiruchengode Road

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-69,

Virudhachalam - Ulundurpet Road at KM (13/585 to 13/792) 55.Pallipattu (Additional II) Village in Virudhachalam Taluk,

Cuddalore District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Cuddalore (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having

considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby

publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 39 sq.mtr of dry

lands are acquired in 55.Pallipattu (Additional II) Village in Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, to the same, a little more

or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening

and widening of SH-69, Virudhachalam - Ulundurpet Road at KM (13/585 to 13/792).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kanchipuram and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Virudhachalam and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
