NOTIFICATION BY THE COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAX, UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

ACT, 2017 AND THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX RULES, 2017.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act,

2017 (TN Act 19 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner,

on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notifi cation of Commissioner in

No. 9/2020-TNGST, dated the 11th May, 2020, published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No. 190,

Part VI—Section 1, vide number VI-(1)/159(b-5)/2020, dated the 11th May, 2020, namely:-

2. In the said notifi cation, for the fi gures, letters and words “30th September, 2020”, the fi gures, letters and words

“31st October, 2020” shall be substituted.

3. This notifi cation shall be deemed to come into force with eff ect from 30-09-2020.

the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the

notifi cation issued by the Commissioner of State Tax in No. 9/2020-TNGST, dated the 11th May, 2020, published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No. 190, Part VI—Section 1, vide number VI-(1)/159(b-5)/2020,

dated the 11th May, 2020 as amended subsequently by the Commissioner of State Tax in Notifi cation No. 14/2020 –

TNGST, dated the 29th October, 2020 namely:-

2. In the said notifi cation, for the fi gures, letters and word “31st October, 2020”, the fi gures, letters and word

“31st December, 2020” shall be substituted.

3. This notifi cation shall be deemed to come into force with eff ect from 28.10.2020.
